Sallie Lewis has over 25 years of experience developing and leading various enterprise-level project management office (EPMO), clinical transformation, operational excellence, and performance improvement-centered efforts within the health care and federal government sectors. She works to develop organizational excellence, innovation, continuous improvement, and stability-based project plans to ensure that enterprise efforts align with strategic goals.

At Lantana, Sallie oversees all aspects of Project Management Operations (PMO), ensuring project managers execute well on established guidelines while instilling a culture of process improvement and risk escalation.

Sallie earned a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MSHA) from Virginia Commonwealth University and a bachelor’s degree from University of Virginia.
