Mary-Margaret Richter is a board-certified adult nurse practitioner with over 10 years’ experience working with clinical information systems including electronic health records (EHRs), computerized physician order entry (CPOE), and e-prescribing. Her work has focused on optimizing workflows to promote safety and increase efficiency. She has served as a subject matter expert (SME) for health software products, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) quality measures, and minimum data set (MDS) reporting regulations.

At Lantana, Mary-Margaret develops standards-based solutions that support the transition of clinical quality measures (CQM) to digital quality measures (dQMs) through requirements gathering, collaboration with cross-task teams, and creating analytical methodologies to support measured outcomes.

Mary-Margaret earned a Master's degree in nursing (MSN) from the University of Florida and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of North Florida.
