Kimberly Figueroa has nearly 15 years of experience in direct patient care and healthcare informatics. She has extensive experience supporting Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) quality clinical reporting programs including Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR), Eligible Hospital (EH) electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs), and Merit- Based Incentive Payment Systems (MIPS).

At Lantana, Kimberly supports CMS’ quality improvement efforts transitioning all quality measures to digital quality measures (dQMs) using clinical quality language (CQL) and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR).

Kimberly earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Chamberlain College of Nursing and maintains her registered nurse license in Florida.
