Paula Farrell is a registered nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience and over 15 years of experience in clinical quality measurement and improvement. She previously served as Project Director at The Joint Commission (TJC) and led efforts to develop and maintain clinical quality measures. She also served as Director of Quality Measurement for National Quality Forum (NQF) and provided subject matter expertise to support quality measure endorsement.

At Lantana, Paula is working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as the NQF Project Director to assist with measure development and NQF measure endorsement for the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN).

Paula earned her master's degree in Healthcare Quality and Safety (MSHQS) from the University of Alabama-Birmingham and bachelor's of science in nursing from Millikin University.
