Lantana Consulting Group Welcomes Bryan O’Shaughnessy as Business Development Manager – VA

Lantana Consulting Group is pleased to announce that Bryan O’Shaughnessy has joined the company as Business Development Manager – VA within the Business Development & Innovation division.

Based in Downers Grove, Illinois, Bryan brings more than 20 years of experience spanning both government and industry, with expertise in federal healthcare acquisition, contracting, and business development. His career reflects a unique ability to navigate and bridge both sides of the federal marketplace.

Bryan previously served as a Contracting Officer for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), where he managed a $20 billion national medical equipment acquisition program. In this role, he led a 26-member team, delivered over $5 million in cost savings on special projects, and reduced procurement lead times by 40 percent. On the industry side, Bryan has held business development and sales leadership roles, successfully driving healthcare sales into federal agencies, including securing a 10-year, $840 million VA IDIQ contract.
