Shirley Neal is an experienced healthcare policy analyst and compliance strategist helping to inform organization objectives. She is a Registered Health Information Technician with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and has over 20 years of experience in regulatory affairs and compliance activities in multiple healthcare and health information technology (HIT) settings. She is known for her expertise in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and Health Information Exchange governance policy writing.
Shirley conducts research and monitors federal regulations and organizations to keep Lantana abreast of emerging industry trends and Health IT policy-related initiatives important to projects and clients.
