Cessily Johnson is a proven leader with expertise in clinical modeling and terminology. She has fifteen years of healthcare experience in a variety of settings, including Central Processing, Operating Room, Outpatient Women’s Clinic, Laboratory, and Information Systems departments. The past 10 years have been dedicated to clinical informatics with an emphasis on clinical data models, terminology and implementation of standards.

She is an expert in strategic and technical decision making for standardized terminology and maintenance processes. She is an experienced project manager having worked with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement and other initiatives. Previously Cessily served as technical lead in a collaboration between Intermountain Health Care and the Mayo Clinic to design and author tool requirements for information sharing.
