Dr. Dolin has been active in healthcare interoperability standards development for the past 20 years. He is the current Chair of HL7, and co-editor of the HL7 Clinical Document Architecture, Continuity of Care Document, Health Quality Measures Format (eMeasures), Using SNOMED CT™ in HL7 Version 3, and several other specifications. He co-chaired the HITSP Foundations Committee, responsible for harmonizing discrepancies across Standards Development Organizations. He was a prior member of the SNOMED International Editorial Board and IHTSDO Content Committee and was responsible for Kaiser Permanente’s enterprise-wide SNOMED CT™ deployment.
