Sr. Architect
Beau Bannerman is a health information technology professional with over twenty years’ experience as a software engineer, programmer, and technical architect. He has worked extensively with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on the National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NEDSS). Beau also worked with the National Center for Infectious Diseases (NCID) for the Office of Informatics supporting Division of Global Migration and Quarantine (DGMQ) and the Division of Bacterial and Mycotic Diseases (DBMD). Beau has experience with HL7 messaging, V2 pipe and V3 XML based Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) message parsing and creation.
- Proficient in JAVA, XML, JSP, C++, C, SQL, Objective-C, C#, VB.NET, UML, COBOL
- HIT experience includes work for the CDC and NCID as lead architect on several major projects
