Lantana Group combines the flexibility of a small, highly trained staff with the formal approach of a seasoned consulting firm.

  • Operations: Our Sr. Strategist and Director of Operations, Angelo Kastroulis, forms the key link between your project requirements our staff. Angelo reviews new project requirements when still in the proposal stage ensuring that the coverage is appropriate to the task. On contract award, we review the requirements against current resources to develop a project schedule that can be reliably executed according to plan.
  • Documentation: As consultants, our documentation is often our primary deliverable. Under the direction of our Senior Technical Writer, Susan Hardy, we have developed an internal style guide which we customize as needed for each project. Each written deliverable is reviewed internally by subject matter experts and editors at the outline, initial and final draft stages.
  • Project Management: Our Project Managers play the key role between management and our clients ensuring a quality deliverable, on time and under budget. Whenever possible, our PMs review the project and contribute to project design when still in proposal stage. They work from a clear set of company policies and procedures that ensure they have access to the tools and resources required to execute successfully. At the conclusion of each project, we hold an internal de-brief to ensure that we incorporate lessons-learned into current and future work.
  • Financial Management: Our Financial Manager, Kyle Elliott, tracks hours worked by task and project, working closely with both the Director of Operations and our Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate reporting of deliverables.  She is responsible for our compliance with contract billing requirements and insurance obligations to our clients, and is our focal point for all financial transactions.
